Chef Rozanna is a natural chef who started the first organic catering company in San Francisco back in 1995. She believes in creativity and using the best sustainable products that can be obtained seasonally. Rozanna Ogneva taught herself how to cook for the love of her daughter, then took courses in the Santa Rosa Culinary School where she learned more about regional cuisine and other styles taught by 5 star chefs in the San Francisco Bay area.
Rozanna believes you do not need to go to culinary school if you can learn on your own and if you have the natural creative talent, like most of the chefs on Food Network. Back in 2001 Chef Rozanna was featured in Marin Independent Journal as star chef and has worked as the private chef for the Golden State Warriors celebrities and other high profile clients.
Rozanna takes pride in making her own crackers, empanadas rolls and anything else that is possible to give you the highest quality compared to other caterers. The most important thing is that you love how it looks, tastes and afterword’s you feel good. If you have vegan/ gluten free guests or any other special requests, Rozanna will be enthusiastic to create dishes that will be innovative and delicious.
